Introduction

FakeNewsMeme respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We collect the email address you submit to the notification list, the submission source, submission time, and network address. We use this information to notify you when the product opens and to prevent abuse.

Usage data, device information, cookies, and similar technologies may be processed by configured analytics and hosting services to understand site usage and operate the website.

Your idea and selected options are saved in your browser session. A photo selected on this page is previewed locally in your browser. The notification form submits your email address and source; it does not upload your photo, submit your idea, or start generation. Accounts, payments, and meme generation are not enabled on this landing page.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide launch notifications, respond to support requests, understand website usage, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with hosting, analytics, and email service providers, or legal authorities when required to operate the service or comply with law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You can request access, correction, export, deletion of personal information, or removal from the notification list by contacting us. Notification-list information is retained while needed for its stated purpose or until you request removal, subject to applicable requirements.
